职责描述
全面掌握器械行业内的宏观政策了解政策在省市之间的联动效应积极进行内外部沟通做好政策联动
重点跟进医保局卫健委等主管部门解读与预判物价医改政策的发展方向并结合公司业务发现机会和管控风险加强政策影响力
预判区域内市场准入政策提早与主管部门进行政策沟通准确解读物价医改相关文件并结合公司业务需求制定应对策略
与各BU紧密沟通确定各BU市场准入战略并组织推进项目的落实
联动相关的行业协会推动外部项目合作推进组织性管理的建设支持公司业务发展
岗位要求
医药领域政府事务市场准入相关岗位3年及以上工作经验大学及以上学历公共卫生医保管理生物医药MBA等背景优先考虑
熟悉医疗卫生领域有较丰富的项目管理政策分析和大客户管理经验
沟通能力强善于与他人合作具有较强的团队协作精神
能适应复杂或具有挑战的环境具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力
工作细致认真富有责任心善于学习心态积极向上
具备日常英语沟通能力包括英文书面邮件和口语
能接受出差
