Private Wealth Management (PWM)secures develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals their families family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each clients particular risk tolerance and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services including private banking and trust company services.
YOUR IMPACT
Wealth Management Professionals (WMPs) work with our PWM sales teams to provide exceptional client service operational support and risk management. WMPs are responsible for the operational management to ensure excellence in operational execution across all elements of the client relationship. The role of the employee will include but is not limited to the following;
- Liaise with PWM teams to support clients
- Facilitate initial onboarding of client relationshipsand subsequent account maintenance
- Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting theonboarding of PWM clients
- Partner with Client Onboarding Team Compliance Legal and Operations
- Participate in ongoing monitoring of client relationships including the rolling review of clients and accounts
- Ensure clients and accounts remain compliant with regulatory requirements and the latest internal policy standards
- Review and understand policy requirements internally source documentation prepare client reach-out requests for PWM teams to review raise any internal actions required and liaise with broader PWM teams to fully close out cases
- Participate in remediation initiatives as well as audit queries and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should be fluent in English and French ideally be a native speaker
- Candidates will ideally have completed at least a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Management Finance Accounting orEconomics
- 1-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
- Indepth understandingofProcesses andProceduresforclienton-boardingaccountmaintenance and accountfunding
- Acquaintance with different financial instruments (Stocks Options FixedIncome Debt)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-direct analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management sales teams and global stakeholders
- Sensitive to Risk & Compliance matters ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
- Integrity ethical standards and sound judgment
