We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an inclusive secondary school in Ealing. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support providing mentoring guidance and structured interventions. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting student wellbeing.
This role requires patience strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
