We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an inclusive secondary school in Sheffield. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support providing mentoring guidance and structured interventions. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting students to engage fully with their education.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills patience and the ability to build positive relationships with students staff and families. You will work as part of a committed pastoral team focused on student wellbeing and achievement.

Provide one-to-one and group mentoring
Support students with behavioural needs
Implement behaviour strategies
Monitor and track student progress
Liaise with staff and parents
Promote a positive learning environment
