About the Role:
Sitecore is seeking aManagerto join ourCommercialFinance team. TheCommercialFinanceteamserves asfrontlinepartners to the businesshelping the leadersinthe Go to Market R&D and G&A functions achieve their goals by making great decisions as quickly as possible.
What Youll Do:
- Be a visible spokesperson for Financein front of senior execs across the company
- Partner with the business in a range of areasincludingGo to MarketR&Dand G&A dependent on interest and need in each area
- Help the business plan its resource usage to support its strategic goals measuring performance against those plans and updating them periodically
- Drive efficiency in all business partneringby constantly evolving processes and embedding AI wherever possible
- Help solve ad-hoc business problems as they ariseleveragingyour analytical capabilities and deep understanding of Sitecores business model
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencerequired
- Background in investment banking management consulting investing commercial or strategic finance
- A strong desireto have an impact on the company. You care deeply about the quality of your output andyourenot afraid ofhard work. You have a bias to action and see through any project to completion
- Strong business acumen and passion for analyse conclude and recommend your findings to a variety of audiences
- Be an excellent problemsolverwhomanagesmultiple competing priorities and deliversmeasurable impact. Eager to work cross-functionallyandtackle complex issues
- Ability to work autonomously as well as under direction to meet tight deadlines and deliver results and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A solid knowledge of accounting
