The Role:
- Lead cost planning budgeting and forecasting for projects
- Prepare and manage cost estimates tenders and contracts
- Monitor and control costs to ensure value and profitability
- Manage risks related to cost and contracts
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Provide financial reporting cash flow and reconciliations
- Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations
- Collaborate with project managers design and procurement teams
The Person:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Skilled in cost management tendering and contracts
- Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
