INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure local commercial success of product portfolio (incl. Plcm)
- Activate local assortm.
- Identify need for adapt. Of local range
- Adapt product data to local requirements (e.g. translations)
- Launch products (incl. Trainings) for sales reps
- Answer questions of technical sales
- Support local kam teams in tenders; support qm and ass
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Track achievement of product related kpis (with reg. Control.)
- Initiate improvem. Measures based on analyt. Insight (with reg. Mktg anal.)
- Provide feedback on product ranges (with global product)
- Ensure local product compliance (with global & local quality)
- Steer product phase-in/phase-out and s&op (with supply chain)
- Support prioritization of sf requests (w. Local segm. Mgmt.)
