Tasks
- Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta Google TikTok)
- Build a structured testing framework for creatives hooks and audiences
- Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (Shopify GA4)
- Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action
- Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC
- Think in funnels and customer journeys not just channels
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience ideally in D2C
- Meta Ads Google Ads (Search & Shopping) this is your core craft (must-have)
- Analytical mindset: you read numbers draw conclusions test hypotheses
- Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization
- No fear of ambiguity you create structure where there is none
Nice to have:
- Shopify experience
- TikTok Ads
- Attribution and tracking setup know-how
