Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to lead high-end concept-driven hospitality projects within a globally connected studio contributing both creatively and strategically while mentoring emerging talent.
As a Senior Interior Designer you will lead projects from concept through completion acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. You will combine creative vision technical expertise and project leadership to deliver exceptional detail-driven design solutions aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations to understand vision functional needs and aesthetic direction
- Develop and present conceptual design proposals including space planning mood boards and design narratives
- Produce and oversee design documentation: floor plans elevations sections and detailed drawings
- Direct material and FF&E selection ensuring alignment with concept quality and budget
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage projects end-to-end overseeing timelines budgets and design quality
- Ensure a strong balance between design excellence functionality and user experience
- Deliver compelling client presentations clearly communicating design intent and value
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design integrity
- Collaborate closely with architects engineers and multidisciplinary teams across international offices
- Mentor and support junior designers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Stay informed on industry trends materials and innovations integrating them into project work
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in hospitality interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end concept-led projects
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both essential)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp / Rhino
- Revit/BIM and rendering tools are highly valued
- Strong knowledge of materials finishes FF&E specifications and technical detailing
- A refined understanding of luxury design with sensitivity to detail craftsmanship and spatial experience
- Experience working in international multidisciplinary environments
