Job Summary

Position: Information Management Lead

Work Location: Midland TX

Payrate: $42/hr on W2

Job Description:

Ensure timely accurate and accessible project information across all locations while maintaining full compliance with IM requirements.
Oversee IM staff conduct audits training and workshops and manage document/data flow using established systems (e.g. EDMS).
Support contract development by defining IM scope ensuring contractor implementation and validating data in corporate-aligned repositories.
Maintain the Project Reference Data Library and key registers like MDR and DDM.
Provide periodic IM reports participate in project meetings and ensure smooth delivery of the project information asset.
Manage systems tools templates and access needed to support all project information activities.
