Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead iOS Developer to lead the design development and deployment of high-quality iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in iOS technologies a solid architectural mindset and proven leadership experience managing development teams and delivering scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C
Architect scalable maintainable and high-performance mobile applications
Manage and mentor a team of iOS developers (07 members)
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards best practices and design patterns
Collaborate with product managers designers QA teams and backend engineers
Oversee the full app lifecycle: development testing deployment and support
Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Ensure application quality performance and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Xcode and the iOS SDK
Expert proficiency in Swift and solid experience in Objective-C
Deep understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit and/or SwiftUI
Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (MVVM MVC Clean Architecture)
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Proficiency in data persistence techniques (Core Data UserDefaults)
Strong experience with version control systems like Git
Experience building scalable and modular applications

Leadership & Management Skills:

Proven experience leading and managing iOS development teams
Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with Agile methodologies sprint planning and delivery management
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Firebase (Analytics Crashlytics Push Notifications)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Bitrise Fastlane)
Experience with performance optimization and memory management
Familiarity with mobile security best practices
Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store

Experience:

7 years of iOS development experience
2 years in a leadership or team management role
