Were on the lookout for a Full Time Receptionist whos calm under pressure easy-going and passionate about delivering gold standard client and patient care. Veterinary experience is a bonus but not a requirement. If you thrive in a busy environment youre reliable flexible and love being part of a team that truly has your back then wed love to meet you.

About the Job:
Youll be based in reception where youll be the face of the clinic! Youll be spending your days creating bonds with our clients attending to queries in person by email and phone managing bookings and overall keeping the day flowing smoothly out the front.
Our clinic is a place where growth is encouraged with access to training and development opportunities all year round. We love initiative and will support you in being the best you can be in your role!
About You:
- Youre flexible reliable and able to work 38 hours a week including Saturday rotations (8-2pm)
- Youre passionate about client care and communication
- Youre proactive and organised - you help keep the consult rooms running smoothly and nice and clean
- Youre confident managing a busy reception area and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Veterinary experience is a bonus not a requirement - full training will be provided
- Youre a team player who genuinely values being part of a supportive workplace
