Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience to design develop and implement robust Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of SailPoint implementation including integration with complex target systems workflow automation and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Lead the architectural design and development of SailPoint IIQ components including Lifecycle Manager (LCM) Compliance Manager and File Access Manager.
Customization: Develop complex Java/BeanShell scripts for rules (Correlation Exclusion Transformation) custom tasks and specialized workflows.
Integration: Hands-on experience in onboarding applications using native connectors (AD Azure LDAP JDBC ServiceNow SAP Workday) and developing Web Services/REST/SCIM based custom connectors.
Governance: Configure and manage Access Certifications Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and Risk-based scoring models.
RBAC: Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) frameworks.
Maintenance: Perform system upgrades patch management and performance tuning of the SailPoint IIQ environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical IAM specifications.
