Job Summary
Job Title: R&D - Quality Assurance - Junior Assignment (83279-1)
Duration: 4/9/2026 - 12/31/2026
Location: Hackettstown New Jersey 07840 Candidate must be able to work onsite.
Schedule: Standard 40 hours. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Basic Qualifications
Education Licenses Cert Requirements
3 years professional experience working in business operations.
Required Experience:
Proficiency in computer data entry (a must)
Excellent written detail explanation and oral communication skills.
Excellent ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to share information with stakeholders.
Must be proactive high energy detailed-oriented when appropriate results-oriented and willing to initiate and nurture change.

Quality Assurance
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the organizations Quality Assurance (QA) standards international standards and government regulations. Establishes quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring quality and drives improvements. Conducts process quality audit and documents inspection records.
Manufacturing Quality Assurance
Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes: Defining and specifying activities processes and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material component or product Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products Auditing monitoring and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods
