Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Support the full product lifecycle for mission computer subsystems and hardware
Perform requirements analysis and develop system and lab design/specifications
Conduct integration testing and flight testing
Manage technical subcontractors and provide field support
Interact with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and document electronic/electrical system requirements
Design hardware software and interface specifications
Validate and test system designs to ensure operational and functional requirements are met
Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance
Troubleshoot fielded hardware and software issues
Research emerging technologies for potential application in company systems

Requirements:

2 years of experience in hardware and LRU development testing and qualification
Knowledge of subsystem design requirement allocation and technical supplier management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across systems hardware and software architecture
Hands-on experience with lab equipment for hardware development troubleshooting and data capture
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Military aircraft program experience
Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553B ARINC-429 and Ethernet architectures
Experience with agile development methodologies
Demonstrated leadership team building and mentoring skills
