Job Summary
Job Title: AEM Developer

Job Description
- Design develop and maintain custom AEM components and templates
- Integrate AI models or services to enable intelligent content recommendations within AEM workflows
- Collaborate with UX designers backend developers and AI/ML teams to build seamless content-driven solutions
- Develop scalable and reusable AEM components using Sling Models and JCR
- Configure and manage AEM assets workflows and DAM integrations
- Optimize AEM performance including indexing caching and publishing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and production issues ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Ensure compliance with secure coding practices accessibility standards and brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 4 8 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or later)
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sling OSGi and Dispatcher
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML services into AEM environments
- Proficiency in Java Sling Models OSGi and Maven
- Experience with RESTful APIs and external service integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Microsoft integrated environments Azure SharePoint Teams Graph API
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as Azure AI OpenAI or TensorFlow especially in content or marketing tech
- Exposure to DevOps CICD pipelines and cloud based AEM deployments
- Knowledge of headless CMS and SPA frameworks is a plus
