We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our SA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations. These positions will be FIFO from Adelaide Airport.

THE POSITION

• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection classification repairs and planned works
• Constructs erects installs and repairs structures and fixtures of wood plywood and wallboard conforming to local building codes
• Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral ethical legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Report to Delta FM Operational Support

THE PERSON

• Hold an Australian Recognised Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
• Full C Class Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Able to provide a Police Check (within 12 months)
• CS WAH HRWL EWP highly desirable
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Living in South Australia and able to FIFO from Adelaide Airport.
