We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to become part of our friendly and supportive Finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience or who has completed relevant business or office-based studies. The successful candidate will be organised detail-oriented and able to pick up new systems quickly with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support across the team
- Managing and organising electronic and paper filing systems
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Handling incoming calls and emails and directing queries appropriately
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assisting with basic finance-related admin tasks where required
- Preparing and formatting documents reports and correspondence
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a similar administrative role
- Relevant business administration training or qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel Word & Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
This is a full-time role although part time will be considered. The role will be office-based. Salary will be 24500 FTE
