This is a great entry opportunity for a Culinary career leading to line cook and a prep cook you are responsible for preparing food in accordance with club recipes and standards and maintaining the day-to-day food production in your specific area while ensuring a clean sanitary and safe work environment. Our kitchens are humming and plating up fresh artful dishes at each venue. You will enjoy being part of this high quality back-of-house act that is highly valued!JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking including washing peeling chopping and portioning vegetables fruits meats and other food standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations including equipment utensils and storage in receiving and storing food deliveries ensuring proper rotation of stock and adherence to food safety with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of food in basic cooking tasks such as sautéing grilling and baking as directed by the chef or sous to all sanitation and food safety regulations including proper handling of raw ingredients and safe cooking inventory levels of food supplies and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to kitchen staff during busy periods by taking on additional tasks as needed.
