Summary:
We are hiring a Bike Inspection Engineer to join our on-ground inspection team. This role involves visiting customer locations to conduct detailed inspections of pre-owned two-wheelers. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics experience in workshop/service environments and the ability to provide accurate inspection reports and repair cost estimates. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel and direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations for on-spot bike inspections.
Inspect engine clutch transmission brakes suspension and chassis.
Assess bodywork panels paint condition and cosmetic damage.
Capture vehicle images using the inspection mobile app.
Submit detailed inspection reports along with repair cost estimates.
Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for faster deal closures.
Maintain a professional and trustworthy customer experience.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Mandatory technical experience with bikes or cars (workshop / service center / inspection roles).
Strong knowledge of two-wheeler ICE mechanics and failure indicators.
Ability to estimate repair costs accurately.
Comfortable using mobile applications for reporting.
Basic English reading and fluent Hindi speaking skills required.
Two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel across Jaipur for field inspections.
