- Manage day-to-day execution of industrial project shipments including containerised cargo and occasional OOG/heavy lift movements.
- Coordinate multimodal transportation activities including ocean freight trucking and specialised project cargo handling.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely shipment planning documentation and execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules identify risks and proactively resolve operational issues to maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with carriers terminals warehouses and vendors to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Support the handling of power infrastructure cooling equipment and modular components for data centre projects.
- Maintain project documentation including shipment trackers SOPs execution plans and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations customs requirements and safety standards.
- Track project costs and support operational reporting related to project logistics activities.
- Act as the primary operational focal point for assigned projects ensuring execution standards are met and escalating issues when necessary.
- Support the establishment and adherence to operational standards SOPs and best practices for project logistics execution.
