Job Overview
Marvin Roanoke is looking for a HRBP to join the team! As a Human Resources Business Partner youll play a key role in shaping a positive highperforming workplace where people feel valued supported and empowered to do their best work. Youll collaborate closely with leaders to strengthen culture drive employee engagement support workforce development and ensure HR practices align with organizational goals. This is a highly visible relationshipdriven role with the opportunity to influence both daytoday operations and longterm strategy.
Highlights of your role
Serve as a trusted partner for employee relations providing confidential guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
Support core HR operations including accommodations unemployment claims work restrictions returntowork processes and employee leave management.
Drive culture engagement and workforce development initiatives while coaching leaders to strengthen team performance.
Lead or support recruitment benefits/wellness inquiries HR compliance recordkeeping and strategic projects that advance organizational goals.
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred.
3 years of HR generalist experience preferred.
HR certification (SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR SPHR) strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively.
Understanding of diverse roles within a manufacturing or multifunctional environment.
