Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department by ensuring efficient administration of core HR functions and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records coordinating recruitment activities and facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for our staff.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the HR Coordinator role is to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of core HR functions and employee lifecycle processes. This position focuses on supporting day-to-day HR operations by maintaining employee records coordinating recruitment logistics facilitating onboarding and offboarding procedures and serving as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
