The Role
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities research their requirements conduct research present proposals negotiate deals and close deals.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities maintain current knowledge of industry trends.
- Utilize all business tools and systems including but not limited to CRM etc.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Working closely with staff across segments to implement growth strategies.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies client service and retention plans and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans sales pitches presentations reference material and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management staff and clients.
- Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost-effective.
- Successfully master all operational challenges in the sales and delivery process for clients.
- Keep up with changes in the compliance function and Placement process and report where necessary.
- All company and compliance procedures rules and regulations to be followed and adhered to.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Only Saudi National
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in insurance sales will be an advantage)
- Proven experience working as a business development manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Detailed oriented and strong business acumen
