Job Summary
Regular: Responsible for line utilization and improvements
Responsible for all production activities for Assembly - Testing - Packaging
Resource planning for production requirements (manpower consumables)Implementation of System CIP projects as identified in Production area
Drive improvements on IDC productivity and PPC relevant
Periodic: Business Plan inputs (annual)
Head count planning based on volume forecast
Support for Line capacity planning based on volume forecast
Participation in the IPN meetings / initiatives
Competence gap analysis and initiative to bridge the gap
Coordinating internal & external audits
MIS preparation on production activities
Layered Process Confirmation
Inventory controls at different stages of production
Drive digital initiatives in Value stream
Occasional: Co-ordination and preparation for visits to production lines from Customer / RB/etc
Strategic planning and coordination in IPN-Benchmarking unit/plant targets
Active support in special projects -relocation project parallel release of product in IPN
Qualifications :
BE with Mech/Electrical/Electronics
Total: 15 -18 years
Additional Information :
Minimum of 10 years of Electronics Manufacturing industries is mandatory
