Agile IT Delivery Lead

We are hiring Agile IT Delivery Lead a key business and technical leader with endtoend responsibility for managing governance compliance and return on investment (ROI) for a delivery segment. The holder of the position is accountable for the organizations growth operational excellence and business outcomes. The ultimate goal of the Agile IT Delivery Lead is to align business needs with the IT development and operational processes of largescale IT solutions within international portfolio segments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Agile IT Delivery Lead owns technical delivery of data product teams is responsible for design and scaling roadmap prioritization and strategic planning. 

Act as coleader with business domain owners                                                                                                      

Analyzing business development and identifying and evaluating potential for optimization in terms of costs efficiency and effectiveness                                                                                                                                     

Developing and implementing strategies for efficient steering of entrusted portfolio segment defining rules standards and work processes with high-level effect                                                                                             

Monitoring markets identifying trends and developing analysis withing the scope of the entrusted segment.                                           

Steering the operationalization and implementation of strategic business initiatives and programs                                                             

Managing governance compliance and return on investment (ROI) for a delivery segment                                                                                                                                                    

Accountable for building data products using the unified data platform (not building the platform itself) and leveraging the Unified Data Product Journey to guarantee consistency and quality across domains and segments.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of domain data products including design development operationalization evolution and retirement.

Define and enforce domain-level data product standards ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance interoperability and quality requirements.

Accountable for technical delivery (data ingestion data pipelines data transformations APIs and overall data engineering process) implementation within domain

Accountable for Operational reliability and stability of domain data products (meeting agreed upon Service Level Objectives per Data Product)                                                                                                                         

Clear communication of technical decisions risks and dependencies to management

Establishment and continuous improvement of release operations quality and engineering processes                                                   

Manage domain-level technical debt and architectural evolution balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

Focus: Data Product Management & Data Mesh 
1. Technical Requirements 
Strong expertise in Data Product architecture and domain-oriented data product design. 
Proven experience building and operating scalable data products on modern cloud-based data platforms. 
Deep understanding of data engineering practices including data ingestion pipelines transformations and API-based data access. 
Ability to ensure operational stability reliability and quality of data products through SLOs monitoring and observability. 
  
2. Functional / Domain Requirements 
Strong understanding of Data Product Management including defining product value consumers and service levels. 
Ability to translate business priorities into domain data products aligned with measurable business outcomes. 
Experience working within federated data operating models and domain-based data ownership. 
Ability to ensure interoperability standardization and reuse of data products across domains. 
Experience managing cross-domain dependencies and prioritization within a Data Mesh environment. 

3. Leadership & Management Requirements 
Proven leadership experience managing data engineering and data product teams. 
Ability to operate as a technical co-leader and strategic partner to business domain owners. 
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business priorities and technical delivery. 
Experience driving cross-domain collaboration in federated data organizations. 
Ability to build and foster a data product mindset and ownership culture within engineering teams with focus on accountability and continuous improvement

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2 300 /brutto.
