Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
Upload update and administer learning content across LMS/LXP platforms (e.g. Cornerstone) ensuring accuracy consistency and correct metadata.
Support Endava University maintenance activities including learning record management and transcript centralisation.
Perform high-volume data handling tasks including retroactive data uploads and bulk updates using Excel (formulas formatting data validation).
Use AI tools (e.g. GPT) to support data processing content preparation and operational efficiency.
Schedule run and maintain standard and ad-hoc LMS reports; ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
Monitor and respond to the Digital Learning inbox providing first-line support.
Provide basic LMS troubleshooting support and follow through on Cornerstone incident cases.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Digital Learning / Endava University team.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
12 years of experience in an administrative operations or systems support role.
Hands-on experience or strong aptitude for working with LMS/LXP platforms.
Strong Excel skills including formulas and working with large datasets.
Comfortable using AI tools to support repetitive and data-heavy tasks.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Clear written communication skills and customer-support mindset.
Nice to Have
Exposure to digital learning HR systems or corporate training environments.
Experience with reporting or ticketing systems.
