Sitting in the heart of the hills The Kalamunda Hotel has been in the Kalamunda community serving locals and visitors for years. On Railway Road just down the road from Jorgensen Park and out of the city centre were dedicated to providing great quality food and service.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
- Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.
Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
