Job Summary
What will you do
- Handle the end-to-end Onboarding Customer Enterprise (Training Requirement Training Preparations Training Process and Check In)
- Active to prepare the Training Needs for Customer Enterprise with a specific Requirement and Success Matrix
- Active to learn new features found in our product and ensure the Training Material is always up to date
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Diploma Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS)
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and leading enterprise-level projects.
- Strong expertise in handling enterprise customers and engaging with business owners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and technologies.
