As Grid Systems Integration Business Line we deliver integrated project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support our customer needs.Facing significant growth mainly in HVDC Facts & Data Center maximizing the Regions autonomy on these projects during the ITR phase (offer & execution stages) is a necessity for our success to enable Solution Lines to focus at the maximum on the core technology & NPI.
We need to ensure our Regions capability to deliver tenders & projects within customer SQDC expectations & our financial targets.

Job Summary:
The GSI Regions Ramp Up Leader is responsible for driving the strategic implementation and operationalize the regions ramp up action plan. To ensure the success the Regions & Solution Line Ramp Up leaders are reporting functionally to this position and GSI Academy & GSI Function leaders are key partners.
Competencies Standard & Lean process Cost efficiency learning experience are the key 4 pillars to deliver our worldwide growth.
Key responsibilities:
Organized Around 4 main pillars that could be completed along the Ramp Up journey:
- Competencies development for actual & any future scope of the Regions for all functions to reach targeted region s autonomy .
- Standard & Lean process with a specific focus on the interfaces & Division of responsibility (DOR) between Regions & Solution Lines including Identification & deployment of any additional scope to Regions from Solution Lines.
- Learning & implement improvement from experience of similar projects
- Successful (Quality & Delivery) Usage of cost competitive hubs as the Global Engineering center
This role requires some travels in the different GSI locations
The Key KPi s are Regions maturity levels Lesson Learnt implemented % of Engineering hours in Best value countries DOR adoption
Basic Qualifications:
- Significant experience in complex project environment familiar with the tender & execution phases with associated quality cost delivery and customer expectations focus.
- Leadership & influence with experience working and leading cross-culturally in large matrixed organizations often without direct authority.
- Ability to effectively go to Genba gather relevant inputs analyze to propose appropriate strategy solution & deployment with problem-solving mindset
- Change management: Ability to drive adoption of new ways of working processes and capability development
Desired Characteristics:
- Masters degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in Engineering Supply Chain project management or another technical field or MBA.
- Experience in training / competencies development
- Good business and financial acumen.
