Job Summary

About Us

We develop implement and integrate Basic and Application Software Components on AUTOSAR and safetyRTOS platforms for nextgeneration Electrical Energy Management Systems.

What Awaits You

Take responsibility for projectspecific configuration integration and software builds for Battery Management Systems and DCDC converters.
Ensure the Continuous Integration (CI) process is fully aligned with BMWs central CI development team and future software integration standards.
Support continuous integration pipelines and contribute to automated testing workflows.
Create maintain and configure CI jobs and build scripts that enable efficient and scalable software development workflows.
Support development teams with any build or CIrelated topics and resolve issues as they arise.
Contribute to software development when needed including implementing code changes and performing unit testing.
Execute SiL (SoftwareintheLoop) and HiL (HardwareintheLoop) tests to validate software functionality and integration.
Serve as a software expert responsible for ensuring reliable periodic software releases for inhouse development test benches and vehicle environments.

What You Should Bring

A university degree in Computer Science Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
Expert knowledge of continuous integration (CI) systems and cloudbased build environments (e.g. Zuul Bazel GitHub Ansible).
Handson experience with modern cloud technologies.
Strong expertise in AUTOSAR System Software and Build/Configuration environments.
Solid understanding of embedded systems software and proficiency in C programming.
Experience with SiL/HiL environments and unit testing is an advantage.

Additional Skills

Excellent debugging analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Strong communication skills: English is required German is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional engineering teams.
