Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
We are seeking aDirector US Marketing (Downstream) Enabling Technology to lead the development and execution of comprehensive downstream marketing strategies that drive adoption utilization and retention across our enabling technology portfolio.
This role is a critical market activation leader responsible for translating strategy into execution. The Director will partner cross-functionally with Commercial Sales Product Development Medical Education and Analytics teams to deliver data-driven marketing initiatives that accelerate growth and align with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead downstream marketing strategy and execution to drivecustomer acquisition utilization and retention across the enabling technology portfolio
- Identify and translatemarket trends customer insights and competitive dynamicsinto actionable marketing strategies and positioning
- Establish and trackKPIs and performance metrics ensuring accountability and continuous optimization of marketing initiatives
- Develop and executelifecycle marketing strategiesto enhance adoption drive repeat usage and increase customer lifetime value
- Overseesegmentation and personalization strategiesto ensure targeted high-impact engagement with key customer segments
- Leveragedata and analyticsto refine strategies optimize campaigns and improve commercial outcomes
- Deliverexecutive-level reporting and insights highlighting performance opportunities and risks
- Partner cross-functionally withSales Product Development Commercial Strategy Analytics and Customer Experience teamsto ensure alignment with broader business goals
- Collaborate with marketing peers to ensureconsistent brand execution and messagingacross all touchpoints
- Build and foster ahigh-performance collaborative team culture
- Lead coach and develop team members; drive talent development and retention
Scope / Role Dimensions
- Supports theEnovis Surgical business with a focus on enabling technology platforms
- Team leadership responsibility:12 direct reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or related field required; Masters degree preferred
- 8 years of marketing experiencewithin the medical device industry with a focus on strategy customer acquisition and retention
- 5 years of orthopedic enabling technology experiencerequired
- Proven success inlaunching and scaling complex capital equipment or technology platforms
- Strong understanding oforthopedic procedures preferably within adult reconstruction
- Demonstrated leadership experience(5 years preferred) with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating in ahigh-growth fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience withrobotics navigation AR/VR or digital surgical technologies
- Understanding ofASC market dynamicsand outpatient procedural trends
- Strongexecutive communication and storytelling skills

Travel Requirements
- Austin-based (preferred):up to 3040% domestic travel
- Remote-based:up to 6570% domestic travel
