What Youll Be Doing
- Checking completed cleans to ensure they meet our standards
- Supporting cleaners on site and stepping in where needed
- Training and inducting new team members
- Making sure properties are ready for guest arrival
This role combines hands-on cleaning with responsibility for quality and standards.
What a Typical Shift Looks Like
- Moving between properties to check completed work
- Supporting the team to maintain pace and quality
- Identifying and correcting anything that doesnt meet standard
- Helping new starters get up to speed
