Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Java Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will take ownership of development tasks ensure timely delivery and communicate progress or blockers clearly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot and MyBatis
- Write efficient SQL understand indexing strategies and work with relational databases
- Work with middleware such as Redis RabbitMQ Kafka or Elasticsearch (nice to have)
- Take ownership of tasks track progress proactively and communicate challenges or blockers in a timely manner
- Analyze and resolve development issues independently
Requirements:
- 13 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and JDK
- Solid knowledge of MyBatis
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database indexing
- Experience with at least one messaging queue or caching middleware (Redis RabbitMQ Kafka etc.) is a plus
- Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
