As a QMS Specialist youll ensure ICEYEs Quality Management System is effectively implemented and embedded within our Greece production operations enabling consistent compliant and high-quality delivery of products that support mission-critical Earth Observation capabilities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ICEYEs Quality Management System within the Greece production facility
- Act as the subject matter expert for QMS quality assurance health and safety and environmental topics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory customer and industry standards and act as the main contact for audits and certifications
- Lead internal audits and ensure strong documentation control across operations
- Define track and report quality KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and coach teams on QMS processes tools and best practices to embed a culture of quality
Requirements
What were looking for
Must haves:
- 5 years of experience in quality engineering operations compliance or process improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001
- Hands-on experience with quality tools and risk management methods such as RCA CAPA FMEA and PDCA
- Experience conducting audits and working with regulatory or certification bodies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to haves:
- Experience with AS9100 AQAP2110 or similar standards
- Experience with digital QMS systems and data-driven improvement approaches
- Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
