We are currently looking for German and Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor position in Ghent Belgium within an international company in the automotive sector.
Location: Ghent Belgium
Work model: Hybrid
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and other channels
Provide support related to products and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Work in a dynamic international environment
Working schedule:
24/7 rotational shifts
7 hours 30 minutes per day
30-minute break
Important conditions:
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts including nights and weekends
Initial contract structure is 136 months (not permanent from day one)
First month training is fully on-site
After training only 1 day per week remote work is allowed
Requirements:
Fluency in German and Dutch (both required)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible and reliable
