Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an opportunity at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital a Level II Trauma Center in Hudson FL.
This position involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment providing physical therapy services to patients with a wide range of conditions including post-surgical orthopedic and acute care cases.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (POC)
- Provide therapy for patients with:
- Post-surgical conditions
- Orthopedic injuries
- Acute medical conditions
- Deliver interventions including:
- Mobility training
- Therapeutic exercises
- Functional rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans
- Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist License
BLS Certification

Scheduling & Assignment Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Schedule: 4x10 Hour Shifts
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Rotation with staff

- Parking available (excluding ER-designated spaces)
- Must adhere to hospital scheduling and attendance policies
- Travelers are expected to integrate into staff rotation for weekends and holidays
Compliance Requirements
- Active FL license required at submission
- BLS certification required
- Completion of onboarding and facility compliance
