We are seeking an experienced Test Architect with strong expertise in banking systems. The role involves leading end-to-end testing across core banking payments and lending applications. The candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables collaborate with stakeholders lead testing teams and drive continuous process improvements through metrics and best practices.
Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams

Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Define and implement test strategies test plans and governance for large-scale banking applications.
-Lead end-to-end testing across Core Banking Payments and Lending systems.
-Coordinate with business stakeholders developers and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
-Manage and mentor QA teams ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
-Oversee functional integration system regression and UAT testing cycles.
-Track analyze and publish test metrics KPIs and quality reports.
-Identify risks defects and bottlenecks and drive resolution.
-Drive automation adoption and improve testing efficiency.
-Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement preventive measures.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher
Must-Have Skills
8 years of experience in Software Testing / QA with strong experience in banking domain.
Deep understanding of Core Banking Payments (RTGS/NEFT/UPI/SWIFT) and Lending systems.
Experience in defining test architecture strategy and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of STLC SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail ALM).
Experience in API testing (Postman REST services).
Strong expertise in integration testing and end-to-end validation.
Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in test automation tools (Selenium Cypress Playwright).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Experience in data validation and SQL queries.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
Certifications such as ISTQB CSTE or equivalent.
