What awaits you/ Job Profile | You are responsible for the IT development of our central retrofit planning tool APEX-Umruestplanung on the basis of Oracle APEX including interfaces to other IT systems and the BMW cloud. You take care of the maintenance as well as improvement of our tool. This includes the IT implementation and programming of the functional requirements based on JIRA user stories but also system upgrades and maintenance tasks. In order to fully understand the process requirements another part of your job is the planning and specification of not too complex mechanical retrofits of test vehicles within vehicle development projects.

What should you bring along |
|
Must have technical skill | Degree in IT technology Experience in agile IT development with proven knowledge of SQL PL/SQL Javascript HTML/CSS or similar. Oracle APEX Cloud Certified Developer Professional recommended. Basic vehicle knowledge (technical understanding of vehicle components and their interactions vehicle technology and automotive technologies etc.). |
Good to have Technical skills | Experience in project work very good project planning skills. Experience in working together with European business partners. Very good English communication skills. High interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Attention to detail. Meticulous way of working. Ability to self-organize and structure in volatile environments. |
