Job Overview
We are seeking a Language Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an
exciting full-time contract opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional

Compensation
This is a full-time freelance contract position paying USD $1500 per month plus paid
time off remote-work flexibility and opportunities for professional development.
Fluency in spoken and written English is REQUIRED.

Experience
Previous experience in client services and/or project management in a translation
interpreting localization or event organization agency is required. Experience as a
translator or interpreter is a plus; however we seek individuals knowledgeable in the
business aspects of language services sales and project management.

Responsibilities
As a Language Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the following
activities:
Language Services Administration: Manage documents and track projects
meticulously ensuring online platforms and assignment records are updated
daily.
Online Sales: Assist in responding to client inquiries for interpreting translation
and localization services.
Scheduling and Coordination: Identify and schedule the best interpreters and
translators worldwide using our proprietary database and online resources.
Strong project management skills and experience in managing job calendars are
essential.
Production and Operations: Ensure that all deliverables are produced and
delivered accurately and punctually.
Technical Support and Management: Operate various software tools
including email team communication platforms and CRM systems
demonstrating strong technical skills.

Social Media and Marketing Support: Contribute to the marketing of our brand
and services through social media initiatives.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must:
Be fluent in spoken and written English at a business level.
Have prior experience in customer service sales and/or project management
within a language services or event organization firm.
Be technically savvy with the ability to quickly master new software tools and
technologies. A strong understanding of basic IT principles and best practices is
a must; formal training is not required.
Possess intelligence excellent writing skills professionalism organizational
prowess and a high level of attention to detail.
Be able to respond to client communications promptly and professionally during
your shift ensuring that clients receive outstanding service.
