Job Description: Benefits Sales Representative - Work From Home
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients about the benefits packages offered by Compass Realty Inc.
- Generate leads follow up on inquiries and close sales deals to meet targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients regarding their benefits packages.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales preferably in the insurance or benefits industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-mivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Knowledge of benefits packages and insurance products is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $56000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $65000 per year
