Responsibilities
Assists with day to day administration and communication of employee benefits program. Responsibilities include performing and/or assisting with administrative functions to include processing employee benefit elections and enrollments resolving employee benefit issues and maintaining/updating databases and related files.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Three (3) years experience in benefits administration.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of employee benefit programs and related regulations and administration procedures.
3. Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management or related field or some college & (3) years of human resources/benefits experience
4. Demonstrated skills in the operation of personal computers and the use of database and word-processing programs.
5. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
PREFERRED:
1. Certification in Benefits through workshops seminars or course work.
