Job Summary
The IMA Group is seeking aMedical Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred)to be the first point of contact in our evaluation-based exam office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a smooth professional patient experiencewithout the complexity of ongoing care or treatment coordination.
What Youll Do
- Welcome and register patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk flow
- Answer calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
- Support efficient on-time exam operations
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of receptionist or customer service experience (medical preferred)
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
- Comfort with computers and office systems

Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
