Key Responsibilities:
Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy
Following up with them and converting them into leads
Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information
Maintaining procedures processes and quality on all the calls
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and talk time targets
Key Requirements:
Preferred Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Outbound Sales/Customer support (Voice) experience.
Education Qualification - Any graduation
Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
An excellent Team player
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Knowledge of MS office
