Location:
We are looking for a Channel Business Manager based in Sofia Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).
Role Summary:
As Channel Business Manager you will work alongside smart and friendly colleagues who are all focused on ensuring the success of our sales efforts. The team fosters a culture where everyone is encouraged to share ideas provide constructive feedback and celebrate each others achievements.
You will join the Central Eastern Europe Sales team in a fast-paced dynamic environment. As a member of the sales team you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and you will be working in a team composed of sales managers solution engineers technology partner managers and regional marketing managers to meet the Regions objective.

What You Will Do:
Your main responsibility will be to deliver on the business objectives in your assigned territory. Using your expertise and knowledge in channel management and business development you will be growing and expanding the business with your channel partners (2-tier) end-users and local consultants. It will be your responsibility to prioritize your accounts and ensure that the business potential of the portfolio is maximized.
- Promote and market Milestone System products and services within the assigned territory
- Build drive and deepen the relations with Systems Integrators Distributors and end users
- Build drive and act upon business plans with managed partners
- Engage and work with local Consultants to drive specification
- Engage and work with large end users to drive demand and specification
- Report and document activities in our CRM tools
- Participate at events seminars and exhibitions
- Be the key liaison for the territory the rest of the organization and vice versa
What You Bring to The Team:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelors degree in business economics or equivalent
- 5 years sales experience with a proven track record revenue growth driver skills
- Fundamental commercial and technical knowledge of IT based physical security software and/or hardware
- A goal oriented sales focused and self-confident profile
- Willingness to travel work independently and closely monitor own goals
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to uphold organizational values and high moral standards
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage. MS Office a must
- Experience from security and/or video surveillance is an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian is a strong advantage
