Distribution Operations Lead brings together two core areas of responsibility:

• Leading coldchain distribution performance with our 3PL partner in Strasbourg and

• Driving performance analytics critical metric governance and operational excellence for EDC (European Distribution Center) Courcelles outbound.

Together these pillars ensure operational excellence across both daily execution and longterm transformation.

Cold Chain Distribution Leadership

In this role you will be responsible for our coldchain distribution activities in Strasbourg. You will act as the key connector between J&J Deliver and our external partner ensuring operations run safely compliantly and efficiently. Motivated by building strong relationships shaping performance and unlocking opportunities to enhance service and cost efficiency you will drive operational reviews inspire continuous improvement lead critical consumables and help ensure we deliver highquality coldchain products to our customers every day.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

The role also offers the opportunity to shape how our EDC Courcelles outbound operations measure success and make decisions. This includes ensuring metrics are accurately defined data is reliable and reporting tools provide clear operational value. You will also support strategic projects and help accelerate our digital transformations towards a more automate efficient and data driven operation.

What You Will Do

Drive critical metric Governance & Business Analytics Excellence

Elevate how we use performance information to steer our operation. You will bring clarity to what teams need from dashboards and reports ensure measures are applied consistently and prove that the data we rely on reflects reality. By reviewing metrics generated by analytical teams and drawing clear conclusions you will strengthen decisionmaking and help resolve inaccuracies when they surface.

Beyond daily oversight you will champion smarter more automated ways of workingshaping reporting tools that make information easier to understand faster to use and more impactful. With your expertise you will ensure we have the right systems capabilities and tools in place to work efficiently and expertly. Through close collaboration with you will empower colleagues in using performance information effectively helping the organization make better decisions and move forward faster together.

Accelerate Business Intelligence Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement

This responsibility centers on using analytics to push the operation forwardspotting trends shaping decisions and accelerating improvement. You will support key initiatives apply FPX methodology where needed and ensure new ways of working are embedded effectively while advancing our digital and automation capabilities.

Lead 3PL Performance & Cold Chain Operations

You will own the connection between J&J and our external partners creating a productive and trusted collaboration. Through focused performance metrics and structured MBR/QBR reviews you will guide expectations anticipate issues and ensure corrective actions strengthen daytoday reliability.

Cost stewardship is a core part of the role requiring a solid understanding of what drives our operational spend and how to manage it responsibly. By working collaboratively with partners and internal teams you will help ensure we deliver reliable highquality service to our patients while maintaining strong control of our operations.

You will additionally support audits inspections and compliance activities to ensure our coldchain operations meet all GDP and J&J standards with consistency and integrity.

Competences

You have a background in Supply Chain Engineering Business Data Analytics or a related field with several years of experience in an international logistics or distribution environment. Experience with 3PL operations or coldchain flows is a strong advantage.

Youre skilled in working with data validate metrics and drawing practical conclusions that support decisions. You communicate effectively with different audiences build trust with partners and approach work with structure and determination. You enjoy simplifying processes and enabling teams to make progress together!

A strong sense of purpose and commitment to serving patients strong problemsolving skills and the ability to support change make you effective in a dynamic environment. Youre confident with MS Office familiar with warehouse/distribution processes and exposure to systems like JDE or SAP is a plus. French and English solid understanding is required.
