Location: Chelmsford Essex
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: 0.4 (2 days per week) Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (Pro Rata depending on experience)
A well-regarded secondary school in Chelmsford is seeking a creative and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team on a 0.4 permanent basis from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Art educator to inspire students at Key Stage 3 and 4 working within a supportive department that values individuality creativity and student engagement.
Role Highlights:
Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons (2 days per week)
Support students creative development and portfolio building
Contribute to the departments displays exhibitions and whole-school events
Encourage and nurture student passion for visual arts and design
What Were Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge across a range of Art disciplines
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A collaborative forward-thinking educator committed to student success
