岗位目标: 作为团队成员熟悉仓库相关流程并能独立操作并且通过自己的经验能很好的完成仓库的各个指标
岗位职责:
熟练掌握仓库管理中物料接收清点存储分包装以及发放的各项流程 熟练掌握仓库各类单据的操作确保仓库信息流传递准确 熟练使用办公软件如WordExcel等进行数据分析提供报告 能就日常工作中出现的问题和相关部门进行有效沟通保证快速解决 熟练掌握不良品处理流程对生产和物流过程中产生的不良物料能进行及时处理 熟悉成品的包装和发运流程要求确保按时发运 根据盘点流程安排循环盘点并对差异进行分析和及时处理并汇报主管 很好的安全生产意识并能发现本流程中的潜在危险 能够完成基本的实物盘点 主管指定的其它任务
背景/经验:
1技校高中及以上学历
2叉车驾驶证并具备2年以上叉车驾驶经验
32年或以上的仓库工作经验
4运用Office软件制作分析报告
5了解SAP模块能利用ERP系统信息分析总结仓库管理流程问题以便持续改善
6熟悉仓库及基本的生产流程
7对EHS流程有基本了解
