Part-Time Instructional Coach

Contract Type: Teacher
Location: District
- The person in this position will potentially provide coaching and professional development in all buildings with a focus on but not limited to teachers in their first three years in the profession
Effective Dates: 2026-27 school year
Approximately 90 total days
- Flexibility will exist to work full and part days as long as the total amount worked equals the agreed-upon amount
Licensure Requirement: Candidates must possess a current Ohio teaching license
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive teaching experience
- Experience in leading professional development
- Experience in mentoring new teachers
- Knowledge of evidence-based teaching approaches and strategies
- Proficient in using various educational technologies
- Effective in building rapport with others
- Skilled at analyzing data
