This isnt a coffee-fetching internship. Youll be building learning and making things happen alongside a team that moves fast thinks big and genuinely enjoys the ride.

About The Role:
Youll work alongside a highly competent team which is redefining how energy systems operate. Expect real responsibility steep learning curves and the chance to contribute to something that truly matters.
The Partnerships team is responsible for acquiring and developing BESS projects by sourcing shaping and managing end-to-end relationships with local developers M&A advisors and industry stakeholders to drive Flowers inorganic portfolio growth.
Within the team youll support our Partner Managers in their daily business and contribute to further develop the strategic direction of the team.
What Youll Do:
Support ongoing project transactions
Assist in due diligence processes (both buy- and sell-side)
Contribute to back-office administrative tasks
Participate in and learn from contract negotiations and stakeholder management during transactions
Support the development of new business opportunities through market research and analysis
Who You Are:
University studies in Finance Business Administration Engineering or related field
Currently in the final years of your academic journey (preferably in the last year of your Masters) or recently graduated
Fluency in spoken and written English
General understanding of and interest in the energy industry and markets
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and navigate complex processes and organizational structures
An interest in legal concepts and contract language is considered an advantage
Eligible for work in Sweden
You are based in Stockholm
Available for work from June 8th for about 8-10 weeks full time (40 hours per week)

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
